In the course of choosing this particular topic, I had a friend that was going through a rough patch having to deal with rejection and I saw the impact it had on him. It occurred to me that once or twice in our lives as young people, we get to deal with rejection but how? I had to speak from a place of experience and share my story while giving tips to help any young one through that somewhat depressing phase.
